藻からガソリンを作る試み。
CO2ニュートラル、藻ガソリンの燃焼により生じるCO2と
藻の光合成で消費されるCO2がバランスするため
CO2排出量は0とみなされる。
今後、原油価格が下落してもCO2排出に対して
課金されるようになれば、優位性は保たれるのでは。
CO2どうこうより、石油燃焼時の副産物(NOx、SOx)を
世界的に規制して欲しいなぁ。
